About

Shannon Lima is a Consulting Manager based in New York City with a multidisciplinary background spanning media, fashion, entrepreneurship, and corporate consulting. Her career reflects a consistent ability to build, scale, and transform businesses—often while navigating complex personal and professional transitions. Originally from Pittsburgh, Shannon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, and Technology from La Roche College before launching her career in media as a sideline reporter for ESPN Magazine, covering the New York Knicks. She later transitioned into marketing within New York City’s fashion district, where she played a key role in expanding a luxury outerwear brand into major national retailers including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy’s. Driven by entrepreneurship, Shannon founded Pickles & Roses, a consumer brand she successfully launched and scaled into retailers across the United States, including Bed Bath & Beyond, BuyBuy Baby, and TJ Maxx. Managing product development, sourcing, supply chain, fundraising, and retail partnerships gave her firsthand experience in building a company from the ground up. To deepen her strategic and financial expertise, Shannon earned her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and pivoted into consulting. She now works in Mergers & Acquisitions and Organizational Change Management at Cognizant, advising organizations on growth, integration, and transformation. Alongside her professional work, Shannon is active in mentoring women entering business and finance through her role on the Women’s Bond Club career committee.
